Your privacy

This site collects only what you choose to send.

What we collect

  • Messages and pitch-pack requests: your name, email, company and message, used only to reply to you.
  • Mailing list: your email address, used only to send occasional news about the books. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • Visits: anonymous page-view statistics, with no cookies and no tracking across other sites.

Who handles it

Messages from the forms are delivered by email using Resend, an email service. Mailing-list addresses are kept in Resend so we can send occasional news. Your details are never sold or shared for marketing.

Cookies

This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and doesn’t load anything from social networks or ad companies. Visit statistics are counted anonymously without cookies. The only cookie is a sign-in cookie used by the site’s own administrators, which is strictly necessary and never set for visitors. That’s why there’s no cookie banner.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information held about you. Email hello@philipmaxwell.com.
